1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the [National Transport Express] mobile application (the "NTE Sales"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App provides logistics and delivery services including, but not limited to, tracking shipments, managing orders, and accessing delivery information (the "Service"). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. 5. User Conduct

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [National Transport Express] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
